SecondGate Tooling is a Ningbo-based manufacturer of injection molds and molded parts, serving OEMs in home appliances and automotive interiors. We export directly to overseas buyers, providing English-language specifications and communication throughout the project. Our engineering team supports your product development with design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, mold flow analysis, and T1 sample validation. We work to international standards and can align with your preferred resin and steel specifications. We operate with a transparent process: from initial 3D review to first article inspection, every stage is documented and shared. Our goal is to reduce your sourcing risk by delivering tooling that meets cycle time and part quality targets from the first trial.
